I’ve come to Valvoline twice now and so far, we’ve had amazing experiences. I had to take my car to them, at no fault to them, two days in a row to get an oil change and 3 tires and alignment. They were so amazing in letting me know what was going on and so respectful. Anthony was so helpful and tried to make it as efficient as possible and even better that it was costing me well within the budget I had available and pretty affordable considering the work that needed to be done. Cleaned my brake pads, just did everything I needed. I’m super happy with the service and the work and definitely plan to return for future auto maintenance. Thank you so much especially for Anthony for helping me out as much as he could!

The team here are very customer oriented. I am from MN and was in town working when I began to have some vehicle problems. I am VERY picky as to whom I allow to touch my vehicles, and I am glad I decided to go here. Everyone made sure to communicate with me what they found, what was a priority and what could possibly wait. In addition to completing the work in a timely manner the manager (knowing that I was new in town) gave me a ride back to my hotel. Prices are more than fair and best service I have had at a shop outside of my hometown. Thank you again for all you did to help keep me on the road.

Had service work on my 2018 Mercedes Benz E300. From being greeted upon arrival to discussing the work to be done, to great communication during the service to wrapping up with payment, the entire experience was first class. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!! I came in for a blinker. Then I mentioned a noise it was making. They checked it out. Got the parts and fixed it. They were shorthanded so there was a wait. They offered to go pick a mobile order for me whike I waited. This short description does not properly express how amazing and wonderful they were.

Roy and his staff always do an outstanding job. I have relied on them for the past 5 years for all of my automotive repairs and am always pleased with the results. If there is something that they are not able to repair on my foreign made cars, they will send me to the most reliable dealer who can do the best job. Took my ‘72 Mach 1 to have the alignment checked. Tony is the only one I would trust with My Stang. They are the best in town. Totally automated and great work. Time to repair was excellent.

The only downfall is is that they are ridiculously busy every single day. Just shows how good the service really is. And the head mechanic knows what he’s doing. I was a mechanic for 11 years and I will take it to him other than anybody else for all of my needs

Melissa and her team did a great job making the repair to my wife’s car. We had an oil leak on the pan gasket and needed the car to be completed today because my wife is going out of town tomorrow. They were very accommodating and actually finished the job about an hour and a half sooner than projected. I highly Recommend if you need work done on your car check these people out first.

I was sad & concerned when I learned that Billings Tire & Service Center was closing. That company had been my family’s go-to for years. But happy ending–Valvoline Tire & Auto, located there now, has Roy Campbell as manager and several other former Billings’ employees providing the same expert service with courtesy, efficiency and reasonable rates.
