I went to the McKeesport Valvoline Tire and Auto for tires and possibly brakes. The tires I got are better than the ones I normally get but I paid less! I did need brakes, as well as front rotors. Matt came to me about the back rotors having some significant rust on them and they wanted to check the calipers to make sure there wasn’t a problem. I have “replaced” my rotors several times. When this team removed one of them, it was really hard to get off and it turns out that it had never been replaced and still had the dealer rotor. This was the only place that took the time and effort to remove it successfully and replace it. Great service, trustworthy, friendly and affordable!!

Matt and his team conduct themselves with integrity, honesty and professionalism! Valvoline in McKeesport and North Huntingdon are my go-to for oil changes, tire rotation, bulb replacement and my new battery. When my alternator went bad. Matt and his team in McKeesport repaired my car in a timely fashion and MOST IMPORTANTLY—done right! Recently, I had issues with a flat tire and Matt once again took care of me. I highly recommend Matt and Valvoline at both locations!

It was my first time going here at first I was skeptical, but the gentleman that fixed on my car and the gentleman, the manner of the store assured me that everything was gonna be all right with my car. He told me exactly what was wrong with my car and also the only thing I was going for really was to get a tuneup in my brakes those two gentlemen I can’t remember their name, but the gentleman manager was able to take me home because of my car still being in the shop it was a very pleasant time being there. I spent the whole half of the day with them and they didn’t say anything. was making sure that I was OK. Even though I didn’t have all the money in the world, it was worth the price thank you guys the Experience was pleasant

Had a simple front alignment. They were accurate, fairly priced and quick(had me in and out within an hour). They were thorough when explaining where my alignment was before and after.

Great price for 4 tires, under 800 with free rotations! They always provide friendly service, and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule the day I purchased my tires.

Great service. I Stoped in last week and got tires put on my daughter’s car. I’m very happy to see this place doing tires again. Very convenient. Will definitely be getting all my work done here again.

I have received service at several Vavoline Instant Oil Change locations in the city. The customer service at this one exceeded the customer service I’ve experienced in the past. I have always been treated well (it’s part of the reason I prefer Valvoline) but the technicians here were kind, quick and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I was visiting in the area, and I am happy that I chose this location.

Technicians did a great job at serving my vehicle. They will go over all your basic maintenance needs including oil,battery.lights,wipers.tires,air filters and more. They let you know what needs changed and dont seem quick to wanna just sell you things you dont need.

Great customer service. I called beforehand, and all my questions were answered. I only waited around 15-20min for my turn. We received great customer service from all team members. They all worked together and were attentive, kind and helpful, and quick. I’ll definitely recommend.

Great service. Went today for an oil change and was in and out. I definitely miss the old place that was here before. Wish you guys still sold Tires. Overall very happy this is still a place I can come and trust with my vehicle. Really nice to see some old Familiar faces from before, I’ll be back.

I’m very satisfied with my visit because the guys were very helpful and honest about the condition of the car. Extremely patient as I had a crying baby in the backseat that I needed to tend to most of the time. Definitely would recommend!!
